Southern Outdoor Dreams’ First Annual Skeet Tournament

Saturday March 30, 2024 at Greenwood Shotgun Range (27601 FM 2004, Angleton, TX 77515)

This charity tournament will consist of 15 teams of 4 paid shooters. Each team will be assigned a free 5th shooter, which will be a SOD Youth or Veteran. Team cost is $400.

Governor Hogg will be hosting this event along with the Easter Bunny!

There are approximately 12,000+ eggs filled with candy or small toys to be found by children ages 12 and under. All the fun starts at 10 AM with the egg hunt at 11:30 AM SHARP!

City of Surfside St. Patrick’s Day Celebration!

One of the oldest traditions held at Surfside Beach, this annual event features a parade that begins and ends at City Hall and goes down to the beach. There are plenty of free beads and candy thrown from the floats. In addition to the parade, the event includes a social, fundraisers, and a reenactment of the Battle of Fort Velasco.
