Every grease trap is a little different. From residential to commercial services, BCSS provides quality service for removal of grease from your grease trap. Regular system grease removal is key to maintaining a properly operating system, and prevents unfortunate surprise back-ups and draining issues.

City Requirements for Commercial Customers…

BCSS works in compliance with TCEQ standards, and in compliance with individual city requirements for commercial customers. For information on individual city requirements for commercial grease removal services, please contact your local Health Department representative for instructions on how frequently your business is required to have the grease trap cleaned out.

Available as a commercial or residential service

• Additional service costs may include:

  • locating tank/service access

  • digging (if necessary for access)

• Commercial grease manifests will be provided as proof of processing by dumping facility upon receipt of customer payment.

• Limitations to service may include:

• removal of non-biodegradable materials from a tank, and distance from a hard surface to tank

  • BCSS does not remove non- human waste / non-biodegradable materials / chemicals / chemical shower contents

  • BCSS is required to keep our service vehicles on a hard surface, and will extend our hoses to reach the tank, within 130-150’

  • BCSS requires unobstructed access to the lid or service ports of your system, which includes a minimum 5 foot head space clearance for service
