This is a wonderfully run company, and the staff is amazing! We had a house fire in October and we are currently living in an RV on our property while our home is being rebuilt. I have never had to deal with a septic system before, and it’s been an interesting experience. I have asked a ton of questions. I’ve called at the last minute to have them come out, because the sewage was full and I didn’t know. I had one issue, and their supervisor came out to take a look; he was very patient with me as I asked even more questions, and the problem was resolved. It’s been an interesting couple of months. I said all of that to say that not one time did anyone express frustration or act in an unprofessional manner. The drivers have always been very respectful and prompt. The ladies answering the phones have always sounded happy, and like they truly enjoy their jobs. The supervisors go above and beyond to ensure their clients are being taken care of in the best way. I am so glad I came across them, and I can’t recommend this company enough.

Treat you like family !! Very helpful and prompt . QMP Events recommends BCSS to any and all for your outdoor needs (no pun intended lol). I've had the pleasure of working with them for over 7 years or so and not one complaint !!

We were out and about when we noticed a portable potty worker and we watched him. He did a excellent job of delivery. My husband use to do the work and it brought back those days. We took a picture of him and was wondering why so he came over and asked us. He was very polite.
