Holding Tank Service …

BCSS is committed to providing quality and helpful service to all of our neighbors. That extends to service for holding tanks, both commercial and residential. We provide service to customer tanks of all sizes. Standard tank sizes are typically ~ 300 gallons.

Available as a commercial or residential service for pump out:

• Pump out services for customer owned holding tanks available for scheduled servicing based on current route schedules.

• Limitations to service include:

  • BCSS does not install or “hook up” tanks to RVs/trailers etc.

  • BCSS does not remove non- human waste / non-biodegradable materials / chemicals / chemical shower contents

  • BCSS requires 20’ unobstructed clearance between the access port to service holding tanks, from a hard surface

  • BCSS employees will not enter a building or dwelling for service purposes

    BCSS will not be held responsible for damages to equipment or property in the course of regular service.
